Blue's opened in 2010, serving breakfast and lunch with the care and attention you'd expect from a fine dining restaurant. Co-owner Chef Joe Muench has crafted a Modern American Brunch menu through the eyes of Lady Liberty; blending Old World ingredients, the vision of American immigrant cooking, and the creativity of fresh concepts.

DELICIOUS! Signature hash brown dishes we've never seen anywhere. Every ingredient is local. Super sensitive to any GF needs. So so so good. Go. Just outside the city center but well worth it. Classic food; cooked to perfection.

Yes so good the food is always good no matter what you get. But the service is also good. With COVID I order curbside and you pull up to the back doo and someone brings it out to you right away. Super efficient. And great service.

I will never stop talking about this monkey bread. Oh. My. Goodness. How can something be so light and chewy and sweet I'm crying looking at these photos again. I would say breakfast food is pretty typical but oh my gosh the monkey breaddddd pls go try it
