Please call 414-299-3180 for weekday parties greater than 6. We no longer take reservations for parties greater than 6 on the weekends after 8:00 a.m. Reservations can be made one month ahead of time. It is important to be on time for your reservation, and to be mindful that your table will be booked for other diners in 90 minutes.

Blue's opened in 2010, serving breakfast and lunch with the care and attention you'd expect from a fine dining restaurant, making it an excellent brunch choice throughout the week. Co-owner Chef Joe Muench has crafted a modern American menu that is often recognized as Milwaukee's best breakfast and best brunch, including egg basics, buttermilk pancakes, and restoring grain bowls. Always check out the daily specials, and our signature Browns: fresh hash browns cooked in butter and stuffed with premium ingredients like our slow-baked pulled ham. Top it off with a Monkey Bread (with Crunk Sauce), and a Bloody Mary (with a chaser)! Blue's looks at Modern American Brunch through the eyes of Lady Liberty, blending Old World ingredients, the vision of American immigrant cooking and the creativity of fresh concepts. In a busy week, Blue's can cook with even more than: - 4,000 eggs - 400 pounds of bacon - 700 pounds of hash browns - 1,000 pounds of butter And serve hundreds of happy guests!
DELICIOUS! Signature hash brown dishes we've never seen anywhere. Every ingredient is local. Super sensitive to any GF needs. So so so good. Go. Just outside the city center but well worth it. Classic food; cooked to perfection.
Excellent! Every time I eat here the experience is always excellent- from the friendliness and professionalism of the staff to the consistency of the well prepared dishes. Blue's Egg is , hands down, my favorite brunch place.
Yes so good the food is always good no matter what you get. But the service is also good. With COVID I order curbside and you pull up to the back doo and someone brings it out to you right away. Super efficient. And great service.
Blue's Egg has always been amazing. The food is creative and delicious, and if you don't get the monkey bread, you are missing out! Worth the wait times for breakfast/brunch. Staff is always friendly and it's a great place to eat!
I will never stop talking about this monkey bread. Oh. My. Goodness. How can something be so light and chewy and sweet I'm crying looking at these photos again. I would say breakfast food is pretty typical but oh my gosh the monkey breaddddd pls go try it
