We are looking for energetic experienced Line Cooks, Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Bussers, Food Runners & Expeditors for our Shorewood, Wisconsin location, with start dates to begin in May 2018. Parties of up to 6 can get on the list remotely and check current wait times by finding Blue’s Egg on the NoWait app or Yelp app. Once you arrive, please check in with a host and we will seat you when your table is available and your entire party is present. Wait times are estimates; seating order is not guaranteed. If there is not currently a wait, it will say "Come on in!"

Blue’s serves modern American brunch every day from 7 AM to 2 PM. Blue’s only accepts reservations for parties of 7 or more, Monday through Friday. Blue’s does not accept reservations on Sunday or Saturday. Blue's does not accept to-go orders on Sunday or Saturday. We may refuse takeout orders at other times, based on our ability to serve our in-house guests the best possible brunch.
